Of special interest is the reference in 10:13 to the Prince of Persia, the Prince of Greece, and to the archangel Michael as “one of the chief Princes.” It would appear that the Prince of Persia is an evil entity helping the King of Persia and that reference to the Prince of Greece indicates that Greece will be the next world power after Persia. Does each world power have it’s own Prince of Evil? See Ephesians 6:12 “Our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms” … and against the Princes of Evil?

We really spent time this chapter understanding Daniel's humility...the fact that the Lord hears our prayers...and how we do not even have the vocabulary to describe the brilliance of angelic hosts.
We concluded with a lot of discussion concerning the battles going on in the heavenly realm, that we cannot begin to understand, but know that our Lord will be victorious.
