Sharing

We discussed Hebrews 13:1-9 and the importance of sharing and the need to reach out to people rather than just contributing a few dollars to a charity. We have to share Christianity - should you share Christianity by offense or defense. If you correct someone, they can take offense and essentially reject what you say. If you just show them what you would do, it often goes better, e.g. “I know how you feel but I called them and apologized, even though I really thought they were wrong and, gosh, they apologized to me.” A simple lessons in how Christianity works for you can be more effective than preaching.
