In Matthew 18 we read how the church can help you deal with disagreements you may have with your brothers in Christ. It is important to settle those agreements and not to ignore a slight or something someone did or said that made you feel bad; tell them they hurt your feelings, you may be surprised to find out they didn't realize they had done so. We are urged to get along with one another and we also felt that it is import to recognize someone for doing something that made you feel good. In short, we need to support each other.
