Will Some Not Die?

Mark 9:1 And he said to them, “Truly I tell you, some who are standing here will not taste death before they see that the kingdom of God has come with power.”

Does this mean some are still alive to this day or that seeing the resurrection was essentially the “…kingdom of God has come with power?” Matthew 16:28 says “… before they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom.” Which supports the idea that some will see the resurrection before they taste death but Luke 9:27 "Truly I tell you, some who are standing here will not taste death before they see the kingdom of God." This is a little harder to understand.

It can also be said that Mark 9:2-3: 2After six days Jesus took Peter, James and John with him and led them up a high mountain, where they were all alone. There he was transfigured before them.” His clothes became dazzling white, whiter than anyone in the world could bleach them.” could indicate  that this event with Peter, James, and John fulfills the prophecy. Comments are welcome.
