Today we discussed False Teachers. As with other passages in 1st and 2nd Peter, the messages are especially relevant for today. The reference to those who “…secretly introduce destructive heresies, …” (2 Peter 2:1) and “… “…will bring truth into dispute.” (2 Peter 2:2) are especially spot on and “…and despise authority.” (2 Peter 2:10) is being played out all over America every day. We have to pray for America. No one knows when the end of times will come but Satan is certainly practicing.
